Step 1: Go to UCBI Homepage, you can see the login section on the top-right side of the page. Enter the login ID and Password to access your account.
Step 2: If you forget your password click the link “Forget Password”. A new password retrieval window will be opened. Enter your login ID to get your password.
Step 3: If you are the first-time user of online banking, click the “Enroll” option. Choose the “Personal” enrollment option from the drop-down box.
A new enrollment disclosure window will be opened. Read the instructions carefully. Select the option “I understand and accept”. Then click “Continue”.
A new enrollment form will be opened. Enter the required details about your account information in order to create an online banking account.
